End User License Agreement Tableau

13.3. If you send information to AppsforTableau, z.B a bug report or suggestions for improvement, you grant AppsforTableau an unlimited and unlimited license to use this information for the service. This does not apply to information that you expressly label as confidential. You acknowledge, accept and consent that Tableau be able to access, retain and disclose your account information and contents if required by law or if it believes in good faith that such access, retention or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal procedures; b) the implementation of the ToS; (c) respond to allegations that the content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your customer service requests or protect Tableau`s rights, property or personal safety, its users and the public. MODIFICATIONS These instructions are subject to occasional changes, and if we make significant changes, we can notify you by emailing you to the last email address you provided (if any) and/or announcing the changes on our website. Any changes to this usage data will take effect no later than 30 calendar days after the notification of the changes is published on our website. Continuing the use of our service after notification of these changes must be your consent to such changes and approval of the terms of these changes. 13.2. The information you store or process is and will remain your property (or the property of your suppliers or licensees). AppsforTableau obtains a limited license for the use of this information for the service, including for future aspects. You can cancel this license by deleting this information and/or cancelling the agreement. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

Neither the publisher/provider nor the table is responsible for the loss of use, lost data, failure of security mechanisms, interruption of service, or indirect, individual, random or any form of damage (including loss of earnings or cost of coverage), regardless of the form of the act, whether it is a contract, an unlawful act (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if the publisher or Tableau has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damage. The Publisher`s total liability under this Agreement must not exceed the lower value (a) of the amount you paid for the extension, or (b) $100.
