(i) the tenant of a rental unit transfers the tenant`s rights to the tenancy agreement for less than the term of the tenant`s tenancy agreement, and (b) it would be unreasonable or unfair to the landlord or other residents of the unit to wait for the section 47 termination for the rent to come into effect. (2) Subject to section 50 [tenant may terminate the lease prematurely] and if the lease is provided, a lessor may terminate the lease of a subsidized rental unit by announcing the end of the lease if the tenant or any other tenant is no longer, if applicable, eligible for the rental unit. This document is used to swear that the respondent or respondents were served in the event of a housing dispute.
